I love both cauliflower and broccoli, but they need to be thoroughly  
cooked.
I don't mean total mush, but I do mean cooked so that they are not  
semi-raw.
 
There's been a long-term vogue for undercooked vegetables IMHO, I  guess
cooks are afraid of overcooking.  There is a happy medium.
