[Magdalen] Wedding vows renewal

Just saw live footage from St George's Cathedral in Cape Town, where
Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu and his wife of 60 years, Leah, are
renewing their vows today.

A big crowd has showed up of course!

I just thought in all the recent talk about weddings, it is good to
celebrate an actual marriage, one that has lasted through many stormy times
both political and personal, and a love that shines out across the world.

++Desmond has always given tribute to his wife and though not high profile
in the same way as he has been, she is very much loved and treasured by the
people who seek her out. Without her, I doubt that we would have been
blessed through him as we have been.

Besides which I love St George's, happy memories of Christmas Eve and other
glorious services there.
