[Magdalen] Whither Postage?

When we don't know what the *exact* postage is, we "guesstimate" and leave
the package/letter in the mailbox with a small plastic bag containing more
than what we think the postage will be. The mailman picks it up and returns
either change, or a postage due envelope.
