I have the unusual distinction of "cantoring" a bilingual  (Spanish/English)
RC Mass in the old theater of  Attica Prison of the New York Sate 
Penal System.
 
This was through my friendship with the RC Chaplain there whom I had
met through various prison ministries in the past.  John+ is now  deceased.
 
It was interesting and a challenge to sing.  As I recall, it was  during
Eastertide, so I simply used an "Alleluia" for the Responsorial Psalm
antiphon, and alternated the verses between Spanish and English..
 
Hymns were divided half and half.
 
Of course the Chaplain delivered a bilingual sermon.
