[Magdalen] I've really grown to hate the Fourth of July

I drank a LOT in college and for a while after, but decided it wasn't a
good idea when I started having babies, so dialed it WAY back. Didn't drink
at all for 10 years. Then took to wine with meals on special occasions. The
late ex continued to drink, occasionally quitting for as long as 9-10
months; I don't think he ever made it for a year. Drank a fair amount of
wine when I was traveling, but it didn't affect my performance in the
least. Now I'm back to wine with meals when I feel like it, rarely more
than one glass.....although S/O and I did kill an entire bottle of vinho
verde (aka "summer in a glass") one evening recently. Much hilarity ensued.
But I can pretty much take it or leave it.
