I wish chef Ina Pinckney of Chicago would do a show. She did a fun video when she retired from her restaurant, showing how she makes breakfast at home. She has the sort of motherly demanding tone that Suze Orman has: "Baking requires precision... When I say half a cup of powdered buttermilk I mean half a cup... Don't go heaping it up out there!"
