An early Cram design (1892) and not entirely finished according to the
original plans. Still, it is considered the prime Episcopal parish in
Saint Paul with a glorious hammerbeam vault and wonderful stained
glass windows. The Church has traditionally had a strong music ministry.

This Church was also the inspiration for what is ?the fourth largest
Episcopal church in the USA, the Cathedral of Saint John the Evangelist,
Spokane, WA. Edward Cross, who later became Bishop of the Spokane
area diocese was Rector of the Saint Paul Church.
