I've met a few over the years. One stands out -- He was a lawyer who went 
through the surgery -- and there was a long civil case that he started and she 
finished which troubled the judge in the Philadelphia Court.

She then declared she was a lesbian, but none of the lesbian groups would accept 
her as a member. She was threatening to sue at least one such group when we 
moved out of Philadelphia. As to the result, this  deponent knoweth not.
