[Magdalen] Recycling

One thing I have noticed this trip has been a dearth of recycling facilities for visitors like me.  I understand that residents may well have facilities for recycling through curbside collections or whatever but that is no use to me as a visitor.  How can I recycle paper or drinks cans?  I also have some bottles which, in some states, have a deposit on them.  How can I re3cycle them?
