I think a Big Problem with many professional sports is that the sporting side 
has been lost. It is all about money with a few people at6 the top getting 
enormous salaries while others lower down the pecking order get little or 
nothing.  I don't think that is healthy for any sport.  It also brings in the 
possibility

I think you're confusing sports with entertainment. In the U.S. this is all 
entertainment,and it works the way. Big draws make big money; In the movies, the 
big stars make a lot; the people with minor roles are paid far less. Ditto 
television. Even in TV news, the anchors get millions and the independent 
reporters in the field receive a pittance.

"Sport" has nothing to do with it whatsoever, no matter what the booboisie would 
like to think or what the promoters pretend it to be.
