I have inscribed you on my palms.  Says the same thing, though  perhaps
less poetically.
 
This is a typical biblical dual statement (I'm sure there is a specific  
term
for this), since "inscribed you on my palms" and "your walls are  
continuously
before me," are different ways of conveying the same meaning.  In this  
case there is a third 
strengthening - with both "palms" and "of my hands".
