We have just had the first Evangelical flying bishop appointed as Bishop of 
 Maidstone - so we will have to see.
 
However bishops whop are Evangelical will wear the garments appropriate to  
the church as indeed will an Anglo Catholic or Liberal bishops. I invited 
our  Diocesan to a cafe church service and he cane in a suit. However when we 
have a  more formal service he comes in the more traditional garb of a 
Catholic  Bishop.

I presume there are Evangelical bishops  who serve Evangelical  
congregations.
Do they stick pretty well to  magpies, or do they appear in copes and   
(gasp!)
mitres?
