I'm reminded of a high school classmate of mine from the forested  lake
country of Northern Wisconsin.  He worked for some years in  Bismark,
North Dakota.  The locals who were avid fisher-persons couldn't wait  to
go on vacation in the lake regions, but they quickly tired of the  landscape
there.  The usual complaint was, "When you've seen one tree you've  seen 
them
