Just spoke to Keith who is simmering with 40 degree heat in Cape Town.

He saw the academic specialist this morning and it's not good news, though
not necessarily bad either (yet). The Prof wants another Biopsy and this
time he's to be admitted onto the ward for 24 hours, and will have an
anaesthetic. At least this means he won't have to endure a "live" stabbing
of his liver and they'll be able to keep that liver nice and still to make
sure of hitting the centre of the target.

He can't fly the same day so will stay overnight and leave on Thursday
morning.

It's hard knowing he's in hospital far away...we were just hoping that the
expert would say "nonsense these aren't anything" but realistically that
wasn't likely to happen. The doctors here aren't as skilled or well
equipped, but they aren't twits either, and without a successful biopsy we
just can't know what these tumours are. And we do have to know, for better
or worse...

Please continue to pray for him, he's very frustrated and the heat doesn't
help!!
