[Magdalen] Spring is sprung

Well, that morning (now yesterday), it was -25 here in northern Vermont. 
This is a typical low for the winter, and usually only occurs in January - 
never March. Will Spring ever come?

It was 4 degrees *below* zero here this morning in the Shenandoah Valley.
We are not used to this. And for ann non-US peeps, that's Fahrenheit, not
Celsius, so yeah, it's cold. Feels more like Minnesota than Virginia.
