Is it possible to let aides know beforehand about Marcy's outbursts so that they can handle them more effectively? People with Alzheimer's can also be difficult, and presumably dealing with these symptoms is part of the job.
Trying not to be hard hearted or unfair, but this is simply the reality of the situation, it seems to me. YMMV.
