In Lynbrook, the rector was there at 8 AM HC  and at 9:30 once a month for HC, 
and wandered in to give a sermon and wandered out at 11 AM except once a month 
HC (attached to the ante-Communion which followed the litanies which followed 
MP. IIRC, most parishes placed the Sermon between MP and Litanies, but he put 
the Sermon after Litanies.
