Yes, folks, as of this very evening Boston has broken the all-time record (since 1872) for snowfall in a season – 108.6”. Or 276cm if you are metrically inclined. And most all came in a 6-week period, mid-January through February, which has made it especially interesting. My daffodils, which normally would be ready to bloom right about now are still under more than a foot of snow. 

They say spring will come. We’ll see.
