[Magdalen] Eau Claire Consecrates 6th Bishop.

Actually, I believe that the narrowly defeated proposal was for juncture
rather than reunification as both Eau Claire and Fond du Lac were
originally formed out of the Diocese of Milwaukee (or perhaps it was called
Wisconsin then).
