[Magdalen] prayers for discernment

Oh, I didn't mean to imply it bothered me, because it doesn't. I can 
enjoy a delicious meal, but I am not a cook, confectioner, or baker. Nor 
am I interested enough to replenish all that stuff every two years. The 
Tony Chachere's, Zatarain's cayenne, Gumbo filé, and summer savory are 
fresh. That'll do.

I'm reminded of an old Totie Fields (I think) joke: When [her 
then-fiance] showed off a potential house to her, she noted to him, "It 
has a gorgeous living room, a beautiful kitchen, and a wonderful master 
bedroom, but I can only specialize in one of them. You choose." <grin>
