If they still smell good, they're okay.  Don't replace them.  If they've
lost their smell, then they've lost their "oomph," and need replacing.
Some spices will stay spicy for more than 10 years.  BTDT.

And yes, congrats, Molly!  I can't fathom being, or wanting to be, a
property owner, but it sounds good for you.
