This is very good news and I believe your bishop, along with you and 
other members of the Standing Committee, are taking the right approach. 
The motivation of those who feel they were bumped into schism needs to 
be tested to ascertain that they are really committed to TEC before they 
are formally readmitted, and I think having a liturgy for the 
affirmation that this process has been completed is also very good.  As 
you have said before, you have a very wise bishop for the Episcopal 
Church in South Carolina.
