[Magdalen] +Knudsen appointed Asistant Bishop of Maryland

I note that she has the same last name as her husband, Dr. Michael Knudsen,
a retired Computer scientist. I couldn't find any details about her actual
ethnic background, but the skeptic in me doubts it's Norwegian.
But, who knows.
