[Magdalen] Troubled Waters.

There was a heavier storm early last evening in the downtown  Wilkes-Barre
area (23 miles north of home), and there has been water damage to the
administrative wing of Saint Stephen's Procathedral.  This has  affected the
parish offices and a number of meeting rooms.
 
There was also water damage to some of the electric cables for the  region's
premier pipe organ, some of which is unplayable at this time.   There was no
damage to the organ itself, or to the church proper.  In fact, there  has 
been
a choral recording session there all week taking advantage of the  splendid
acoustic of the Procathedral, and hopefully, this will be unaffected.
 
At least it's not Agnes ('72) which inundated the Procathedral to a  17'
depth of muddy water.
