[Magdalen] Prayers for discernment

My Auntie used to sing:

Jesus calls us o'er the tumult
of our lives' wild restless seas.
Day by day his sweet voice soundeth
saying "Christian, follow me."

Her father was a fisherman (owned his own dory) and her
brother used to go out with him. He couldn't swim, and whenever
he fell overboard he just rolled onto his back and waited
for his father to reach out & haul him back into the boat.
