When a former Ordinary of the Diocese visits Ascension on a visit, does he
pontificate or is it a regular Sunday Mass.
I know when Bishop Montgomery celebrates for special events he
pontificates, I was wondering what his successor does?
+Frank's tenure in Chicago was about as far as I got. He and his wife were
very good friends of my Roman Rite pastor at Resurrection in Chicago, Dan
Montalbano
