And this has been my experience, too, with the exception being the
cathedral choir in Eau Claire that liked to go out after rehearsal on
Thursday nights and get snockered.  They also served champagne
between the two Easter Choral Liturgies on Easter morning.  The
second such Liturgy had a special lilt missing in the first.
