Roger, once again you are more generous, more irenic, and more given to understatement ("Unfortunately this difference of opinion and consequent misunderstanding has not always been expressed in the most charitable terms")than I have it in me to be. I hope that you are correct. I confess that my own wish was, pardon the vulgarity, that both James and Jim would STFU.
