[Magdalen] A timely Food Network query.

For those with high definition TVs, I need help.  In the upper left of the screen often appears a "Countdown to Leftovers" clock, currently at ~2:40.  Approx 2:40 from now (and I'm pretty sure Food Network is based in California) would be 10:00 Pacific, 1:00 Eastern.  Under the "2" is teensy tinsy type that I think is a time zone.  Can anyone here actually read it and tell me what it says?  And if not a time zone, what is "leftover time" about 10 Pacific 1 Eastern?  Spot on midnight would make more sense, being the exact beginning of the day after Thanksgiving, hence "leftover time".
