Agreed. And he's right.

And most of the world watches and wonders why we are so obsessed with
owning guns in the first place. We're seriously warped out of shape on
that issue, with deadly consequences. And it's hard to see how that's
going to be resolved in our lifetimes. It would take some sort of
ultra-catastrophe involving guns, beyond anything that's happened
before (which heaven forever forbid), or some sort of as-yet
unimagined technology that would make guns useless and obsolete. What
would that be? I don't know...it's unimagined. A way to make normal,
wearable clothing that's bulletproof, or personal force fields, or
something...

As a nation, we're sick...Kyrie eleison.
