We've got the choir at the back (west gallery), and the standard
Communion music is:

1. Agnus Dei right after the bell, as the people start coming forward
2. A motet or anthem
3. The Communion chant of the day, either just once or interspersed
with psalm verses to fill the remaining time during which people are
receiving
4. Communion hymn once the last person has received
