All assumptions and not true as far as we're concerned. "Celebrant"
can mean more than one thing and is a well-understood term used in the
BCP (and historically, many other liturgical books), which also
doesn't direct the people to say the Collect for Purity.

Some Anglicans actually have believed in transubstantiation, so saying
it's something that Anglicans have NEVER believed in isn't true. Do I?
I'm of the "Real Presence but I don't know how" view. Our parish
certainly doesn't teach transubstantiation and generally preachers
steer us away from the term. But the consecrated bread and wine are
the Body and Blood, and when we receive them we receive Christ's Body
and Blood.
