An editorial that appeared in the Canadian "National Post" about the
likely failed Keystone XL Pipeline, and excerpted in the USA "The  Week":

This might well have been written by a USA tea party member, but even  then
it is rather harsh rhetoric.  Written by someone in another country  it
seems over the top to me.
