Sounds like a Temple, Lynn. They typically give an open house like that and
then it's open only to Mormons who either work there or have a permit to
enter for their wedding, sealing, or other ordinance. I'm guessing it's
called "Houston Texas Temple" if it it's indeed a Temple.
