I don't know what the current situation is in the private medical  sector,
but in the VA System it's not a matter of "sides," Jay.  It's a matter  of
teamwork.
 
The VA NP's and PA's do a wonderful job, and no professional is
considered to be in "competition" with anyone else.  We all have  the
