As an employee of USAA (for almost two years now!) I need to correct this
statement. We actually refund ATM charges up to $15 per month.
Additionally, there is never a monthly fee regardless of the checking
account balance.

I feel incredibly blessed to work here. It's not perfect but it's the best
place I've ever worked by far!
