That is a big problem.  One approach would be to have an announcement in 
the regular Sunday bulletin the previous weekend that there will be a 
service the following Saturday.  Allow am appropriate time interval 
between when that will end, and the appropriate greetings afterwards, 
and when the catered dinner takes place.
