I personally wish American schools would teach children to write Italic
script as they do in most European countries. It doesn't need to be
"converted" as printing does to cursive, and it's highly legible. When I
had pen pals from European countries I could always read their handwriting
very clearly.>>>>>>
Nettie, my English friend from Canterbury, writes with a beautiful
italic script. The last time I visited her, I noticed her grocery list
on the fridge, and it was so beautiful, I felt it should be framed.
I did give her a few verses of poetry on that occasion so that she
could do her italics, and I still have them framed in my present home.
