We have/had one of those here in Scranton.

Of course the pacesetter was Graham Leonard -- who after being a noisesome 
leader of the group that though Canterbury was too liberal, swam the Tiber. And 
after he did, he started up his rants against Canterbury again, and the RCC 
essentially inhibited him and put him away somewhere far from the media 
spotlight. Even Ruth Gledhill couldn’t get to him <g>.
