[Magdalen] Tooth prayers again

Tomorrow I go to have a tooth pulled and a bone graft.  You have prayed for
this tooth before and I would be grateful for your prayers again.  This one
has had two root canals already and recent 3D imaging indicate that it is
out of mileage.  It will be a relief to have this source of pain and
infection out.  The surgeon says the bone graft has a good chance of taking
since it will have the advantage of "freshly bleeding bone", possibly
permitting a later implant and at least shoring up the surrounding teeth.

This time at least I will have the benefit of nitrous oxide which makes
procedures much more bearable but I still do not look forward to the
experience.
