[Magdalen] Work prayer request.

I supervise two people and also work closely with my boss. His office is
right next to mine. I would call my approach "delegating". I'm likely to
ask, "Can you take care of this for me?" And the work always gets done.
Praying for your co-worker to take a similar approach.
