Not at all. Go to *any* parole hearing, or rest transcripts. White folks
included. Or go read comments about anyone who may have committed a murder
or other serious crime and radically changed his/her life in prison, but is
sentenced to death, or has a life sentence but is up for parole. White
folks like Kelly Gissendaner. Terminally ill white people like Susan Denise
Atkins. Those who do get out were usually really young when they committed
their crimes, like Nathan Leopold or Caril Ann Fugate.
