You'd think UPenn could come up with the money.  Surely there  are
concerts, especially of choral groups and small orchestral types that

Much as I'd love to see a Solemn High Mass in this locale, I'd be
satisfied with a life of the place as a concert venue.
 
It reminds me of similarly redundant churches in the UK and Europe.
They often survive as concert halls, museums, and, in one case in
old Medieval Norwich, as a tea room.
 
I'll bet the sound of plainchant in this chapel would be to die for.
