Agreed.  Lunch and capsicum seldom mix well.

For tonight's pho I've GOT to go easy on the chili sauce (the kind in the jar with the spoon sticking out of a little hole in the lid), because pho bowls are DEEP, and that stuff sinks to the bottom like no one's business, so the bottom half is FIERY.  Last night as I was paying, the owner said "Wow! You sweating!"  I said "Par for the course."  Then exited into the cool evening breeze....
