I should also add that sriracha is how a few years ago I finally (finally) learned the definition of "ubiquitous".  ("What? Mr English major???" "Leave me alone.")  It was when the manufacturer was pissing off the entire city of Irwindale, CA, with its factory's salty, vinegary, peppery stench.  (They've long since quelled locals' angst; they offer tours!)  The AP article referred to the "ubiquitousness" of said product in restaurants, and dammit, I needed to finally know.  "Ah" thinks I; "that's what it means."

So now, thanks to Huy Fong Foods, Inc, and the Associated Press, I now use the word "ubiquitous" (at least mentally) semi-ubiquitously.
