Mine, too.
 
My Uncle Adolph was on a first name basis with the commercial  fishermen
along the Superior South Shore, and frequently had his pick of whitefish  
and
Lake Superior Trout.
 
Then his wife, Alma, was one of those marvelous cooks who knee just  what
to do with the fish.
