If I can manage to die here, then I can be buried here, where I have lived
for the last 30 years.

I could be buried in a plain, pine coffin in an unlined grave.  A late,
neighbor friend build his own coffin and would have dug his own grave had
he not been confined to a wheelchair.  Alternatively,  my ashes could be
spread about.

The specific location is pretty clear --  in our pet cemetery where some of
my best friends were put to rest.

In the event that my family no longer owns the place, my son has been
instructed to drive by and toss the ashed onto the driveway.
