My recipes always morph before they ever happen.

I'm now planning to switch out diced white onion for finely diced green onion, and nixing the cilantro.  And, since shrimp and bacon are certainly not enemies, I bought a jar of Hormel Real Bacon Pieces to sprinkle on.
