[Magdalen] Federal court backs law removing religious exemption from vaccinations.

Diptheria and whooping cough carry off young children.  Now we have 
vaccinations to keep them safe and people today, never having 
experienced these killers, dismiss the very real threats to their 
children's lives and refuse to take these simple precautions.
