Yes, but.....if you have to drive a long way to get one; if the hours of
operation at the issuing offices are significantly reduced, or if offices
are closed; if the requirements for supporting documents become cumbersome;
if the numbers and types of allowable documents are significantly
restricted; and if there is a charge for it.....what is it then but a POLL
TAX and VOTER SUPPRESSION?
